Wild card in Apple’s iPad release dates is FCC approval

During Apple's quarterly earnings call this afternoon, the company reported record Mac and iPhone sales during the fiscal 2010 first quarter, and commented a bit about problems with AT&T, and the their relationship with Google.

Apples tiny new server
Apple has released a server specific version of the Mac Mini, including an unlimited copy of Mac OS X Server, and slightly changed hardware that supports a 2nd internal hard drive.
iTunes 9 still not 64-bit, internally referred to as “iTunes X”
One of the minor rumors surrounding the Music Event was that iTunes would be rewritten in Cocoa to enable it to match Snow Leopards 64-bit applications such as the Finder. However, this new release of iTunes is not yet 64-bit capable.
New Snow Leopard seed, 10A394 released via Software Update
Today Apple released Snow Leopard developer seed 10A394 through the Software Update system. This is the first Snow Leopard seed to be released in an "update" form through Software Update rather than as a complete separate build from the Apple Developer Connection website.

iPhone OS 3.0 New Features
Since the launch of the original iPhone in 2007, users have been demanding various features like copy and paste, MMS, and stereo headphone (A2DP) support for instance.
